PRICING
The commission will work on a full upfront or 50-50 pricing basis.
• 50% down payment
• remaining 50% once the work is finished.MODE OF PAYMENT:

• Sudden Rush — $5-$10 (₱300-₱600)
• Additional revisions — $2 (₱100)
• Revisions that require 10%+ changes of the completed piece — +30% charge
• Additional figures — +75% charge
• For commercial use — +100% charge

Fictional Characters, Fanarts, Original Characters (OCs), Customized/Stylized Character, School Art Commissions, ChibiTURNAROUND TIME:
3-5 days usually
(may take upto weeks depending on the complexity of the request and schedule of the artist)
TERMS OF SERVICE
• Updates of the progress will be sent in intervals and with a heavy watermark.
• Strictly NO refunds unless I did not finish the piece on the deadline.
• I have the right to decline requests.
• I own the right of the artwork: NO reposting, tracing, heavily referencing, removing of watermark, modifying the art and claiming it as your own, reselling, and using my art as promotion to your business or your personal gain.
• There will be additional payments for commercial use and the reason for commissioning should be established from the start.
• NO sending of AI references or any related AI outputs.
• Feeding my art to any AI tools (for purposes such as: to erase watermark, to copy the art style, etc.) is DEEPLY PROHIBITED .
• Failure to follow the TOS will result in terminating the commission and banning you from requesting again.
• I have the right to post you to my socials if it is found that you are using my art for AI purposes and if you have not done your part of the contract.
• I have the right to post the commissioned piece on my socials unless you asked not to.
PROCESS
• Contact me on any of my socials.
• A form will be sent that you will have to fill requesting details about your request.
• Once we reach an agreement, a 50% downpayment or full upfront shall be paid.
• A rough sketch will be sent to your email or chosen account.
• Updates will be provided in intervals.
• Before the completed piece will be given, the remaining 50% should already be paid.
• The finished piece will be sent to your email in a JPEG or PNG format (350 dpi).
